Shoes of Prey is the kind of Aussie success story we like - it involves three of our favouite things; a woman, shoes and bespoke luxury. On second thoughts, it was pretty much guaranteed to to a retail freight train. And now they're proving they're still working on the chutzpah which got them up and running in the first place by showing at New York Fashion Week. As one of the only Australian designers to show, it's quite a coup. And considering their custom-made shoes only set you back $350 max, it's even more impressive to think they're mixing it with the big guns. These NYC-bound treads were designed by Mandy Coon, Jonathan Simkhai and Gretchen Jones - three up-and-coming designers making their mark on an international scale. Think you could do better?
