I'm a massive Willow fan, and it's not just the threads I want to buy into, it's the whole shebang. So when this little clip of a behind-the-scenes look at the Willow Resort 2013 look book shoot landed in theEDIT inbox I was clicking through faster than you can say 'Effortlessly Parisian'.
Hair guru and TRESemmé, Sophie Roberts once again took the reigns as the brains behind the hair 'do for the shoot for Willow's 'Surface Elements' collection, and she chose to keep it all pretty laid-back and, best for us, easy to re-create at home. Creative Director, Kit Willow said of the Willow gal, 'She is tough and cool but also feminine and soft...so we are trying to create that balance in the way she stands, moves and her hair'.
Sophie used TRESemmé Salon Finish Extra Control Mousse and Salon Finish Extra Control Hairspray to create the look that she describes as 'a very chic, very modern, effortless tosseled wave...with a side part so that she feels done, but still retains that cool factor'.
And the threads of course...the sweet, sweet, threads.
